Insurance, billing, and payment policy
Our office accepts and bills most insurance plans. We ask that payment for
non-covered services and co-payments be made when you are here for your office
visit. We have a billing coordinator on staff to ensure personal care for your
account and to handle special arrangements right in the office for you.
